First I must apologize that this letter is so long overdue! We have been in our beautiful, new home for 3 months now and we just love it! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful job you and all your crew did to make our dream home come true!
I must tell you that our experience working with Gibraltar was definitely less harrowing than most other builders. We appreciated all the time you took with us to go over our “wish list”, and to make most of it come true. You also offered suggestions on how we could make better use of space by adding a pantry in our laundry room. It’s one of the features that most people who see our home would love to have.
It’s nice to know up front what everything is and how changes could affect the total picture. Karl was great in making sure we always knew what was going on and what we could expect. Jack, Sean, and Todd were patient and understanding of our constant visits to the house. We were in awe as we saw everything come together to look like a house instead of just a bunch of wood. We love your attention to little details most builders would overlook. I always felt like we were your one and only client during the time our home was being built.
